What a wonderful past couple of months we've had, with the spiritual opportunities continuing this weekend as the Feather River Temple is dedicated. The dedication will be streamed live to the Stake Center, and the Mt. Shasta and Weaverville buildings in two sessions this Sunday (October 8th), 10 am and 1:30 pm. Only baptized members with temple recommends will be admitted. Baptized primary children are also welcome. Be prepared to show your temple recommend at the door.
As the designated Church buildings become an extension of the temple during the dedication ceremony, please wear appropriate Sunday Church clothing, and speak and act reverently. This is not a time for extensive visiting or conversation.
We ask you to be in your seats 15 minutes before the start time to add to the reverence of the occasion. No one will be admitted after the dedication starts. And don't forget your clean, white handkerchief for the Hosanna Shout.
We hope you will feel the Spirit of the Lord as you participate in this wonderful event, and have an increased desire to attend the House of the Lord.
