Sister Marian Ladd has requested help from the wards for the following:

  • 2-4 youth from each ward: Shasta View, Shasta Lake, Mary Lake, Sundial (and Weaverville & Mount Shasta if they would like to assist) to work a minimum of one-hour shifts. The youth will be at a table(s) to help people with mobile apps and questions re: FamilySearch, Family Tree, Memories, etc. We would love to have someone responsible to coordinate this assignment and the list of youth. (We have left a voice message for JaNae & Madelain Sumsion.)

  • We need people to help with set-up on Friday night, tables & chairs in the cultural hall, chairs in classrooms, etc.

  • We need help with clean-up on Saturday afternoon.

  • We need people to help in the kitchen with food prep, serving, and cleanup before, during both lunches.

  • Volunteers/room monitors during the day, checking on teachers, bathrooms, directing foot-traffic, etc.
