The Redding Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints covers the central northern area in California.  It includes congregations from Mt. Shasta to South Redding and Weaverville to East Redding. 

 

There are 7 Wards and 2 Branches currently.  Mt. Shasta Ward meets in Mt. Shasta.  Shasta Lake Ward meets in Shasta Lake City.  Weaverville Ward meets in Weaverville.  Mary Lake Ward and Sundial Ward meet in west Redding in the Sunflower Building.  Bonnyview Ward, Shasta View Ward, and the Riverview Branch meet in the Stake Center in East Redding.  The Young Single Adult Branch meets in the Institute Building by Shasta College.

The Redding Stake is blessed to be part of the Medford, Oregon Temple District.  When the roads are bad in the winter, many temple visitors attend the Sacramento Temple.  We are excited to have Feather River Temple in Yuba City close to us when it is completed.
